Book Your Online Notarization
I use BlueNotary, a secure online notarization platform, for every online session. Booking takes a few minutes, and your request comes straight to me.
1. Click Book Your Online Session below and create your BlueNotary account.
2. Upload your document (unsigned) and request your session.
3. Verify your identity: you photograph your ID and complete identity proofing (identity questions, or a biometric face check), as Florida law requires.
4. Join the video call, sign electronically while I watch, and get your notarized document right after.
Price: $25 for the first notarial act (one notary seal) and $5 for each additional notarial act in the same session. If your document needs witnesses and you would like me to provide them, it is $15 per witness. Florida law limits the fee to $25 per online notarial act.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a process where a commissioned Florida notary public notarizes documents online using secure live audio-video communication technology instead of in-person signing. It is legally authorized under Florida law and lets signers complete notary requirements from anywhere with internet access.
Yes. Florida law (HB 409, effective January 1, 2020) authorizes notaries public in Florida to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) as long as the notary and the process comply with the statutory requirements.
Most people can use Remote Online Notarization (RON). The signer must have a valid government-issued ID and internet access for secure video. Freelance signers and business clients alike can choose RON for convenience and speed.
To complete a Remote Online Notarization (RON) session you need:

A device (smartphone, tablet, computer) with webcam + microphone

Compatible RON platform software provided by a RON service provider that has filed its self-certification with the Florida Department of State (not FaceTime or Skype)

A valid digital copy of your document

No. For Remote Online Notarization (RON), your appearance is virtual. You must be visible to the notary in real time via audio-video technology, but physical presence in the same room is not required.
While the notary must be physically located in Florida, you can be physically located anywhere in the U.S. or world when doing a Remote Online Notarization, provided you consent to Florida law governing the notarization.

Some documents may require witnesses under Florida law. In RON, witnesses can appear remotely via audio-video if the law permits — and their identities must also be verified by the notary. A witness who joins by video must be physically located in the U.S. (s. 117.285(4), Florida Statutes).
RON sessions can generally be completed in 15–45 minutes, depending on document length, identity verification and signer readiness.
Florida requires the audio-video communication session to be securely recorded and stored by the RON service provider and/or notary. The notary must maintain an electronic journal and keep the recording for the legally required retention period.
