Online Notary, Apostille and Translations for Fort Myers and Cape Coral

Live in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Saint James City or elsewhere in Lee County? I'm a Florida Remote Online Notary based in Jacksonville. I notarize by secure video, request Florida apostilles and arrange certified translations, so you don't need a local appointment.

Online Notarization from Lee County

Florida law lets an online notary located in Florida notarize for you wherever you are (s. 117.209(3), Florida Statutes). You join from your computer or phone, show your ID, and sign electronically while I watch.
Online fee: $25 for the first notarial act and $5 for each additional act in the same session (Florida limits the fee to $25 per online notarial act, s. 117.275). Book an online session.

Florida Apostille for Lee County Documents

Florida apostilles are issued by the Florida Department of State in Tallahassee. I prepare and submit the request for you. What the Department accepts depends on the document:

• Birth and death certificates: a certified copy signed by the State Registrar. The Florida Department of Health in Lee County issues certified copies of Florida birth certificates; check that yours is signed by the State Registrar.
• Marriage and divorce certificates: signed by the State Registrar or the Clerk of the County Court. The Lee County Clerk of Court issues certified copies of Lee County marriage licenses.
• Documents I notarize (such as powers of attorney, affidavits and letters): notarized with a full notarial certificate in English.
• Vital records and court records can't be notarized by a Florida notary. They need a certified copy from the office that issued them.

State fee: $10 per document, or $20 per document certified by a Florida Clerk of Court. My service fee is quoted separately. If I notarize your document online, it gets a Florida apostille. Public records issued by another state, like a birth certificate, need that state's apostille. See Apostille Services.

Certified Translations

Need a document translated for USCIS, a court or another country? I arrange certified translations in 130+ languages, each with a signed Certificate of Translation. USCIS requires a full English translation certified by the translator (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)). See Document Translations and Certified Translations for USCIS.

In-Person Appointments

My mobile (in-person) service covers Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau Counties. For Lee County I work online, so please don't book an in-person visit for a Lee County address.

Important

I'm a notary public, not an attorney. I can't prepare your documents, tell you which documents another country requires, or give legal advice. Please confirm requirements with the office or country receiving your document.
