Sending Documents to Another Country? I'll Get Them Ready.
Many countries won't accept a U.S. document unless it's notarized, apostilled, and sometimes translated. Coordinating a notary, the Florida Department of State and a translator on your own is slow and confusing. I handle all three in one place.
How It Works
1. Tell me where it's going: the country and who will receive the document.
2. Notarize: online by video from anywhere in the world (signing from outside the U.S.? Foreign passport accepted), or in person in Jacksonville.
3. Florida apostille: I submit your document to the Florida Department of State and track it. More about apostilles.
4. Certified translation (if needed): 130+ languages, with a signed Certificate of Translation. More about translations.
5. Delivered: returned to you, or mailed straight to its destination, with tracking either way.

Good to Know
• A Florida apostille covers documents issued or notarized in Florida. Documents from other states need that state's apostille, and federal documents (like FBI background checks) go through the U.S. Department of State.
• Whether the translation happens before or after the apostille depends on the destination country. I'll confirm the right order for you.
• Always check with the receiving office that it accepts electronically notarized documents.
